From Booking to Your Door — Here's Exactly What Happens
We know that handing over your Qurbani to someone else requires complete trust. That's why we walk you through every single step — nothing is hidden, nothing is a surprise.

You Book Online (Before May 22)
Fill the booking form — it takes less than 3 minutes. Choose your package, the Eid day, your time slot, and whether you want delivery of meat or Qurbani at your home. We confirm your booking over WhatsApp within 30 minutes.

You Pay 50% Advance
After WhatsApp confirmation, we send you our EasyPaisa or JazzCash number (or bank account). You send the 50% advance to lock in your slot. We send you a payment receipt and your unique Booking ID.

We Source Your Animal (May 22–26)
Using our trusted local vendor network, we procure healthy animals that meet all Shariah requirements — correct age, good health, no injury or disease. Animals are inspected before purchase and tagged with your Booking ID.

Pre-Eid Confirmation Message
On May 25 or 26, we send you a WhatsApp message confirming your booking details: animal ready, your Eid day, your time slot, and your delivery address. This is your final confirmation before Eid.

Eid Day — The Qurbani
Your animal's Qurbani is performed at our premises (or at your home if selected). Our trained Muslim butcher performs the zabiha with full Bismillah, Allahu Akbar, and a single swift cut. The animal faces the Qiblah. No animal witnesses another's Qurbani.

Butchering & Packing
Our team processes the carcass — skinning, cleaning, portioning. Meat is weighed and divided into standard portions (leg pieces, shoulder, ribs, mince, offal if requested). Each bag is labelled with your name, weight, and cut type. Ice-packed for freshness.

Delivery to Your Door
Your delivery rider sets off with your order. We send you a WhatsApp message when dispatched, with an ETA. When the rider arrives, you check the bags, confirm your name and weight, and sign off. We collect the remaining 50% — cash, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.

After Delivery — We Ask for Your Review
Once you're satisfied, we send a final WhatsApp message asking for a quick review or photo. Your honest feedback helps us serve Lahore better next Eid. JazakAllah for choosing PetLivi Qurbani.
